Robert Hemmi founded TCP The Consulting Partnership AG in Zurich in 2001.
Robert has a long track record in successfully advising clients in complex Human Capital Consulting-, Search- and Strategy mandates. He has a deep understanding of the Financial Services sector and is the author of the VIEWPOINT publication, focusing on strategies and changes in the industry. Robert is a pioneer in developing highly competitive in-house recruiting frameworks, as well as a unique, business-intelligence based approach to complex Human Capital strategy- and search mandates.
Prior to TCP The Consulting Partnership AG, he was a founding partner of Santis AG, a fast-growing management consulting firm for the financial services industry. Previously, Robert was employed by Credit Suisse for many years in leading change-the-bank and run-the-bank positions: amongst them five years as COO and Chief of Staff for South-East Asia in Singapore, with responsibility for HR, IT, Finance, Operations, Compliance and Infrastructure.
Robert has an academical background in Economics (AMP of Insead in Fontainebleau, Swiss Banking School New York) and is fluent in German, English and French.
